Simple easy to use tip calculator.

Notes of Interest:
- Displays currency values with two decimal places
- Tip percentage selection is in 1% increments (no fractional percentages)
- Does not display numbers with grouping symbols (i.e. "1234.56" not "1,234.56").
- Does not display currency symbol
